BGL’s new structure sees independent subsidiaries running each division within the parent company.
In our chairman’s statement last year, he cited future strategic objectives as “the smooth transition into a full Investment Banking company to keep ahead of our local and international Investment and commercial bank competitors in the fast changing global banking environment.”
A year later this has been achieved.
