Margin Facilities
Margin trading is trading with borrowed funds / securities. It is essentially a leveraging mechanism, which enables investors to take exposure in the market over and above what is possible with their own resources.
Some of the key features of this product are:
- Fund contribution ratio of 50%: 50%. That is, 50% contribution from us and 50% from the client for trading in our Top 25 – 30 stocks.
- 90 days tenor, with options of rollover up to four (4) times, on payment of interest and management fee.
- Interest rate of 21% per annum
- Management fee of 0.25% per quarter, payable upfront
- Processing fee of 0.25% per quarter, payable upfront
Asset Backed Facilities
This is a product designed to assist our clients to assess funds with existing asset (shares/Stocks) in order to develop business and meet other financial obligations within the capital market operations.
Some of the key features of this product are:
- Availability of funds up to 66.66% of the client’s portfolio value
- Security cover is 150% of the stocks.
- Acceptable stocks are limited to our top 55 stocks.
- Interest rate of 21% per annum
- Management fee of 0.25% per quarter, payable upfront
- Processing fee of 0.25% per quarter, payable upfront
- Existing stocks utilized as collateral and placed under lien.
- Liquidation of facility at any point during the tenor.
